At TheFlagStore.ae, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product or a mistake in the customization.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@theflagstore.ae. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) and issue a return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will issue a refund, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take several business days to process depending on your payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
